Workiz pricing (2026): plans, what each includes and how to get a quote

Workiz doesn't publish its prices. Its pricing page lists three plans, Standard, Pro and Ultimate, each with a "Request pricing" button instead of a number, so the price comes from Workiz's sales team. You can try it free for 7 days without a credit card. Genius Phone, Genius Answering and Genius Marketing are sold separately from the plans.

Claver makes this page, and Claver is one of the options. Competitor prices come from each company's own pricing page, checked September 27, 2026.

How much does Workiz cost?

Workiz is quote only, with no public pricing. Its pricing page shows Standard, Pro and Ultimate with a "Request pricing" button on each, and it doesn't list a per-user price either. To get a number, you request pricing and talk to sales.

What does each Workiz plan include?

From the plan comparison table on Workiz's pricing page, checked September 27, 2026. Rows are a selection, not the full table.

  • Standard covers the basics for one location: jobs, recurring work, a client portal, a price book and QuickBooks sync.
  • Pro is for teams that need roles and permissions, more than one location, custom reports or performance pay.
  • Ultimate is where most of the tools for larger jobs sit: flat rate, sales proposals, service plans, checklists, multi-day jobs and equipment tracking.

What does Workiz sell separately?

Workiz sells Genius Phone, Genius Answering and Genius Marketing separately from its plans. Its comparison table marks their features as available on all three plans, but the section headers say each one is sold separately, so budget for them on top of the plan price.

  • Genius Phone. An integrated phone system with call tracking, AI insights and two-way texting.
  • Genius Answering. AI answering for calls and messages, multilingual, with live transfer.
  • Genius Marketing. AI-powered campaigns and a reputation manager.
  • Workiz Pay. Online payments, consumer financing and tap to pay. Ask how processing fees work.

Does Workiz have a free trial or an annual discount?

Workiz offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Its FAQ says annual plans cost less than paying monthly, but the pricing page doesn't show the discount, so ask for both the monthly and the annual quote.

What should you ask Workiz on the sales call?

Ask for the full monthly cost for your team, with every add-on you'll use, in writing. Because Workiz publishes no prices, these questions are the only way to compare it fairly with tools that do.

  • What does my plan cost monthly and annually, and is the quote per user, per technician or for the whole account?
  • How does the price change when I add a technician or an office user?
  • Which Genius add-ons do I need for the phone and answering setup I want, and what does each cost?
  • Is there a contract, and what happens if I cancel during it?
  • Are there setup, onboarding or data migration fees?
  • What are the card processing rates on Workiz Pay?
  • Can I export all my customers, jobs and invoices if I leave?

Is Workiz worth it?

Workiz can be worth it for phone-heavy shops that want its Genius phone and answering tools and a detailed plan table. You can't judge the value until you have a quote, because the plan price and the add-ons are both unpublished.

  • In its favor. QuickBooks Online sync and a client portal are on the entry plan, and Workiz publishes a detailed table of what each plan includes.
  • Watch for. Many tools for larger jobs, such as sales proposals, service plans and equipment tracking, are on Ultimate only, and the phone and answering tools cost extra.

Which field service apps publish their prices?

Jobber and Housecall Pro publish prices on their own pricing pages, and Claver publishes its prices too. If you'd rather compare numbers before a sales call, start with those.

  • Jobber. See Jobber pricing for every plan by team size.
  • Housecall Pro. See Housecall Pro pricing for one-user and team prices.
  • Claver. Claver publishes its prices on its pricing page, with users included in each plan and month-to-month billing. It's a newer product with a shorter integration list, and its native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.

Workiz pricing FAQ

How much does Workiz cost per month?
Workiz doesn't publish a monthly price. Its pricing page lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate with a "Request pricing" button on each, so the monthly cost comes from a quote. Ask for the full price for your team size, including any Genius add-ons, and for both monthly and annual billing.
How much is Workiz Ultimate?
Workiz doesn't publish a price for Ultimate, its plan for multi-location teams and franchises and the one it marks most popular. Ultimate is the plan with flat rate, sales proposals, service plans, inventory, equipment tracking, franchise management and the open API. You get its price by requesting a quote.
Does Workiz charge per user?
Workiz doesn't say. Its pricing page shows no per-user or per-technician price, and no price at all for any plan. Ask on the sales call whether your quote is per user, per technician or for the whole account, and what it costs to add one more person later.
Does Workiz have a free trial?
Yes. Workiz offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Its FAQ says you can explore the platform's features during the trial without any commitment. Seven days is short, so plan to enter real jobs and customers in the first few days to see how it fits your week.
Is Genius Phone included in Workiz plans?
No. Workiz sells Genius Phone separately, along with Genius Answering and Genius Marketing. Its plan table shows the features of each as available on all three plans, but the section headers say they're sold separately. Ask for their price alongside your plan quote.
Does Workiz sync with QuickBooks?
Yes. QuickBooks Online sync is included on all three Workiz plans, Standard, Pro and Ultimate, according to the comparison table on its pricing page. That makes Standard a workable entry plan for shops that keep their books in QuickBooks Online.
Is Workiz better than Housecall Pro?
It depends on what you need and what Workiz quotes you. Housecall Pro publishes prices after a short quiz, so you can budget before a call. Workiz puts QuickBooks sync on its entry plan and sells its phone tools separately. See our Housecall Pro vs Workiz comparison for plan-by-plan detail.
Is Workiz worth it for a small business?
It can be, if you want its phone and AI answering tools and you'll use what your plan includes. Get a written quote first, including add-ons, and compare it with tools that publish prices. Claver publishes its prices and includes users in each plan, though it's newer and has a shorter integration list.
