Jobber pricing (2026): plans, per-user cost and what each tier includes

Jobber costs $49/mo for one user on Core, $139/mo on Connect and $199/mo on Grow, billed monthly. Billed annually, those drop to $29, $99 and $149 a month. Claver makes this page, and Claver is one of the options. Competitor prices come from each company's own pricing page, checked September 27, 2026.

How much is Jobber per user?

Jobber doesn't publish a flat per-user fee. You pick a team size on its pricing page, and each plan's price includes that many users: 5 users for a team of 2 to 5, or 10 users for a team of 6 to 10. Core is for one user only.

  • Price moves in steps, not per seat. Connect is $199/mo for up to five users and $299/mo for up to ten. Jobber's pricing page doesn't list a price for adding a single user.
  • Core stops at one user. The moment you add a second person, the cheapest option is Connect.
  • Bigger teams. We checked team sizes up to ten. For more than ten people, use the team-size selector on Jobber's pricing page.

What does each Jobber plan include?

Every Jobber plan includes online booking, client requests and a client hub. Connect adds GPS tracking, routing, automated client notifications and QuickBooks Online and Xero sync. Grow adds two-way texting, optional add-ons and markups on quotes, job costing and a custom automation builder.

From the "Compare all Jobber features" table on Jobber's pricing page, checked September 27, 2026. Rows are the features small shops ask about most, not the full table.

  • Core suits a one-person shop that needs booking, quotes, invoices and a client hub, and can live without routing, automated reminders or accounting sync.
  • Connect is the first plan for a team and the first with routing, GPS, automated reminders and QuickBooks sync.
  • Grow is where two-way texting, job costing and quote add-ons start. If you want to text customers from Jobber, this is the plan.
  • Plus is Jobber's top plan and only shows up once you pick a team of two or more. Jobber's comparison table lists unlimited white glove onboarding on Plus.

What does Jobber charge extra for?

Jobber's AI Receptionist is a paid add-on at $29/mo, and its comparison table shows it as an add-on on Connect, Grow and Plus. Jobber also sells AI chat and voice tools as add-ons with their own pricing. No setup fee appears on the pricing page.

  • AI Receptionist. $29/mo on top of your plan.
  • Moving up a team-size step. This is the cost most owners feel. Going from five to six people moves Connect from $199/mo to $299/mo month-to-month.
  • Features on a higher plan. Two-way texting and job costing are on Grow, so a team that needs them pays $299/mo for five users instead of $199/mo on Connect.

Does Jobber have a free trial or a contract?

Jobber lets you try it free with no credit card, but its pricing page doesn't say how long the trial lasts. After that you choose monthly with no commitment, monthly with a 12-month minimum term, or a year paid up front, which Jobber says is non-refundable.

  • Monthly, no commitment. Cancel any time. The plan ends at the end of the billing period.
  • Monthly, one-year commitment. Billed monthly with a 12-month minimum. If you cancel early, Jobber keeps billing until the 12 months are up.
  • Annual, prepaid. The lowest monthly rate, billed for the full year at the start. Jobber says the initial payment is non-refundable.

Is Jobber worth it?

Jobber is worth it if you use what your plan includes, and it is an established product with more integrations than newer tools like Claver. It gets expensive for small teams that need texting or job costing, because those start on Grow at $299/mo for up to five users, billed monthly.

  • Good value when you're solo and Core covers you, or you're a team that uses Connect's routing, GPS, reminders and QuickBooks sync every day.
  • Worth a second look when you'd move to Grow only for two-way texting, or you'd pay for ten users when only a few people log in.
  • Check the billing option. Annual billing costs less per month, but the payment is non-refundable, and the 12-month monthly option keeps billing if you cancel early.

Are there apps like Jobber but cheaper?

Yes. Claver is field service software for small home-service businesses: scheduling, quotes, invoicing, payments and customer texting, with users included in one flat monthly price. Starter is $19/mo for 2 users, Crew is $39/mo for 8 and Business is $79/mo for 20.

  • Where it costs less. Two-way texting, job costing, GPS, routing and QuickBooks Online sync are all on Crew at $39/mo with 8 users included. Online booking with live pricing and customer self-signup into recurring plans are on the $19 plan.
  • Where it's weaker. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon, so today it runs as an installable web app. Tap to Pay is coming soon. It's a newer product with a smaller integration list than Jobber. There's no free plan. The phone system and AI receptionist are Business only, and the AI receptionist takes booking requests for you to confirm rather than booking on its own.

$1 for 14 days, then $19/mo. Crew and Business are billed at full price from day one. For more options, see Jobber alternatives or Jobber vs Housecall Pro.

Jobber has four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. Core is for one user. Connect adds routing, GPS, automated notifications and QuickBooks sync. Grow adds two-way texting, job costing and quote add-ons. Plus is the top plan and only appears once you choose a team of two or more on the pricing page.
Does Jobber charge per user?
Not as a flat per-user fee. Jobber prices its team plans by team size, with users included: 5 users for a team of 2 to 5 and 10 users for a team of 6 to 10. Connect, for example, is $199/mo for up to five users and $299/mo for up to ten, month-to-month. Core covers one user only.

Jobber's pricing page lists four paid plans, starting with Core at $49/mo billed monthly or $29/mo billed annually. You can try Jobber free first without a credit card, though the page doesn't say how long the trial lasts. If you want a lower monthly price for a small team, compare tools that include users in a flat price.
Is Jobber cheaper if you pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing lowers Core from $49 to $29 a month, Connect from $139 to $99 and Grow from $199 to $149 for one user. You pay the full year at the start, and Jobber says that payment is non-refundable, so only choose annual once you're sure the plan fits.

QuickBooks Online and Xero sync start on Connect, which is $139/mo for one user or $199/mo for up to five users, billed monthly. Two-way text messaging starts on Grow, which is $199/mo for one user or $299/mo for up to five. Core includes neither, according to Jobber's feature comparison table.
Does Jobber require a contract?

Is Jobber worth it for a small business?
It can be, if you use the features on your plan. Jobber is established and has more integrations than Claver. For a small team that mainly needs booking, scheduling, invoicing, texting and routing, the cost adds up: texting starts on Grow at $299/mo for five users. Claver covers those on Crew at $39/mo with 8 users included.
Is Claver cheaper than Jobber?
Yes, at the team sizes we checked. One person pays $19/mo on Claver Starter versus $49/mo on Jobber Core billed monthly. A team of five pays $39/mo on Claver Crew versus $199/mo on Jobber Connect. Jobber is ahead on integrations and track record, and Claver's native apps are still coming soon.
