Why our pricing is different
Most field service tools start cheap, then bill you per user and push the features you need into a higher tier. Claver doesn't.
Seats are included
Starter covers 2 users, Crew 8, Business 20, all at the flat plan price. Jobber's price goes up with team size instead of a flat per-user add-on, and Housecall Pro charges $75 a month for each user past 8 on Max.
Features aren't held hostage
Crew at $39 includes dispatch, GPS, route optimization, two-way SMS and AI. Jobber puts route optimization on Connect at $139/mo, and Housecall Pro puts it on Max at $349/mo.
No payment markup
Your customers pay Stripe's standard rate and the money lands in your own Stripe account. Claver never sits between you and your cash.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Starter is $1 for 14 days, then $19/mo. The trial covers Starter; Crew and Business start at full price the day you sign up. You see your exact charge date before you enter a card, and we email you 3, 2 and 1 day before it. Cancel anytime from Settings, and your data exports as CSV.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price with users included: 2 on Starter, 8 on Crew, 20 on Business. Add seats up to your plan's limit at no extra cost. Jobber's price goes up with team size instead of charging a flat per-user fee, and Housecall Pro charges $75 a month for each user past 8 on Max (verified September 27, 2026).
What's the difference between Crew and Business?
Crew ($39/mo) is where texting and AI turn on: two-way SMS, missed-call text-back, the Claver AI assistant, drag-and-drop dispatch, GPS, route optimization and job costing, for up to 8 users. Business ($79/mo) adds an AI receptionist that answers calls and files booking requests (we set it up with you), a built-in phone line with call recording, ad tracking numbers, gross margin reports, inventory, commissions, campaigns, and Zapier and API access, for up to 20 users.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade instantly from inside the app and you're billed the new rate going forward. To downgrade, email [email protected] and we handle it within one business day. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
What happens on day 14?
On day 14 of the Starter trial your card is charged $19 and Starter keeps running with everything you set up. We email you 3, 2 and 1 day before that charge. If you cancel from Settings before day 14, you're never charged the $19.
Can I try Crew or Business first?
The $1 trial is on Starter. Crew and Business are billed at their full monthly price from the day you sign up, and you can cancel anytime. You can also start on Starter for $1 and upgrade inside the app when you want texting, dispatch or the phone system; the new rate applies from that day.
Can you move my data from Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Yes. Every plan imports customers and jobs from a CSV export, which Jobber, Housecall Pro and most field service tools can produce. If you'd rather not do it yourself, email your export to [email protected] after you sign up and we'll import it for you.
Is my payment information safe?
Card details are entered into Stripe's secure form and go straight to Stripe. Claver never sees or stores full card numbers, for your own subscription or for your customers' payments. Your business data exports as CSV any time you want it.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel from Settings and billing stops at the end of the current month, with no cancellation fee. We refund double charges within one business day, and we credit or refund you if a Claver bug breaks a core feature for more than a day. The full terms are in our refund policy.
What does payment processing cost?
Claver doesn't mark up payments. Your customers pay Stripe's standard rate, 2.9% + 30¢ on cards or 0.8% on ACH, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Claver never touches your funds.
