Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

There's no free tier and no 14-day trial that ends with a surprise bill. Starter is $19/mo, you can cancel anytime, and your data exports as CSV the second you want out. Most owners are running real jobs the same day they sign up.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly price with users included: 2 on Starter, 8 on Crew, 20 on Business. Add seats up to your plan's limit at no extra cost. Most competitors charge $20 to $50 per user per month on top of the base price.

What's the difference between Crew and Business?

Crew ($39/mo) is where texting and AI turn on: two-way SMS, missed-call text-back, the Claver AI assistant, drag-and-drop dispatch, GPS, and route optimization, for up to 8 users. Business ($79/mo) adds the 24/7 AI receptionist, a built-in phone line, job costing and margin, inventory, commissions, and the full back office, for up to 20 users.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade instantly from inside the app and you're billed the new rate going forward. To downgrade, email [email protected] and we handle it within one business day. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

What does payment processing cost?

Claver doesn't mark up payments. Your customers pay Stripe's standard rate, 2.9% + 30¢ on cards or 0.8% on ACH, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Claver never touches your funds.

Is annual billing available?

Yes, annual billing is available at checkout if you'd rather pay once a year. Monthly is the default and there's no penalty for staying month-to-month.
