What the price book includes

Eight elements that separate a professional flat-rate price book from a list of numbers pulled from the air.

• Service categories — the full list of pest types a residential operator typically prices, including general pest, bed bugs, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, wasps, ants, roaches, fleas, and wildlife
• Flat rate for one-time treatments — the price a customer pays for a single visit, set at a level that covers chemical, labor, and drive time with margin
